Industrie De Nora S.p.A., with registered office in Milan, Via Bistolfi 35, in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby informs you that EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – "GDPR") ensures the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data. In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, any data processing will be carried out lawfully, fairly and transparently, while safeguarding the confidentiality and rights of the data subjects.
Industrie De Nora S.p.A. collects and processes the personal data you provide for the purpose of delivering the content you have requested, sending our newsletter "OPEN", and providing you with informational communications regarding news, initiatives, and updates concerning the world of work via email. The legal basis for such processing is the consent of the data subject.
Data will be processed both manually and using specific software tools by personnel duly authorized by the Data Controller, or by Data Processors appointed by the Controller. A complete list of such Processors is available at the Data Controller’s registered office.
Your personal data will be retained for the duration necessary to provide the requested service, or—if no activity occurs—for a maximum of 24 months from the date of the last interaction.
In order to fulfill your request, certain personal information may be shared with companies within the Group that are located in non-EU countries. Any such data transfer will always be carried out in accordance with the principles and legal conditions set forth in EU Regulation 2016/679. Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, and within the limits and conditions set out by law, you have certain rights concerning the processing of your personal data. Should you believe that your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR. This is without prejudice to your right to seek judicial remedy.
